I think I told you where the credentials are for the ftp access to the backups. What I did not tell you for sure is the ip of the backup server. 162.254.27.87 Your login is root/unnamed/...I forgot the name but you cannot miss it.
I am so happy to see that my server is backed up, along with yours and Holly's! Those videos you made were impressive with all the monitors and the data streaming between them. I'm going to see if I can log in now.
I got in on my second try. I couldn't find anything in the directories though. Is that because nothing has changed in the past 24 hours on my server? That would make sense, but I don't see the original backup in there either.
I realized after posting, your login does not have permissions assigned to see those directories. I think the job is to add your account to the www-data group.... just a moment, I am sorry for the delay.... Well, I added you to the group but that was not enough to give you access. I am making your account the owner of kbdc
I'm not sure how this changes my log in credentials. I tried to get back into my backups using the credentials above, but could not make the connection. What's cool is that I understand about how the remote path takes me directly to the directory with the password and user name you set up for me. (I think that is done on the command line. I will have to look into how to do that on Plesk.)
